What happens when you contact us
01
First, we listen.
A case manager asks what's going on and what you need most urgently. There's no form to fill in before you can talk to a person.
02
Then we work out what you're owed.
A lot of veterans qualify for benefits they've never claimed. We go through it with you.
03
Then we get you connected.
To services here, or to a partner organization if they're a better fit. And we follow up.
What to bring
If you have them, these help us move faster: DD-214 or separation papers, a government photo ID, and your current phone number or email. If you don't have them, come anyway. Tracking these documents down is one of the things we help with.
